What are common triggers of asthma?

My younger brother has been struggling with asthma since childhood. Lately, his attacks seem to be more frequent. We're trying to figure out what might be triggering them so we can avoid it. Any ideas?

In our times, we always noticed that sudden cold weather and heavy dust during house cleaning would trigger breathing issues. Keep some warm water with Tulsi nearby to soothe your throat, but never skip the inhaler or medicines your doctor has given you. Dust and smoke are the biggest enemies, so keep the house clean.

Honestly, the pollution in my city combined with my late-night work stress is the ultimate trigger for my wheezing. Sometimes even a strong deodorant or a dirty AC filter can start a coughing fit that keeps me awake till 3 AM. It is a real struggle, so keep your room well-ventilated unless the outdoor air quality is completely terrible.

Look, it is simple. If you have asthma, things like incense sticks, cigarette smoke, and pet hair are going to trigger it sooner or later. Don't experiment with random things; just identify what makes you sneeze or cough and stay away from it. If your chest feels very tight or you can't speak properly, go to a hospital immediately.

Instead of guessing what triggers your breathing trouble, it might be cheaper in the long run to get an allergy panel test done. Look for lab discounts online because doing individual allergen tests can cost a lot. Knowing exactly what to avoid will save you money on emergency clinic visits and extra medications.

Keep your mind calm and practice gentle breathing exercises in the morning air when it is clean. Triggers like stress and anger can also disturb your breathing patterns more than you think. Take care of your health, eat simple food, and let your body heal naturally alongside your doctor's guidance.

My son gets a bad asthma flare-up every time the weather changes or when he runs around in high pollen season. I always make sure he washes his hands and face as soon as he comes back from the park. We also got a good quality air purifier for his bedroom, which has really reduced his night-time coughing.
