What allergy medicine is safe for pregnancy?

My wife is pregnant and she's been having a tough time with her allergies lately. We're trying to be super careful with what she takes. Could you tell us what allergy medicine is considered safe during pregnancy?

Don't stress too much, seasonal allergies are very common and there are safe ways to handle them. Just avoid taking any leftover pills you have at home. Call your doctor's clinic and they will easily suggest a pregnancy-safe option.

Pregnancy mein standard medicines lena thoda risky hota hai, ho na? It is always better to ask your doctor before taking anything. For now, warm steam inhalation can give you some temporary relief from the sneezing.

Having gone through hormonal struggles myself, I know how sensitive our bodies can be. I always double-check every single pill with my doctor before taking it. It is much safer to get a direct prescription from your gynecologist.

I once took a common allergy pill without checking during a family emergency and had a really bad reaction. During pregnancy, please do not make this mistake. Go for a proper checkup and let the doctor decide what is safe.

In our family, we always advised expecting mothers to avoid strong medicines unless absolutely necessary. Drinking warm water with a little ginger and tulsi can help soothe the throat. For tablets, please consult your doctor first.

Before buying any expensive medicine, try using a simple saline nasal spray which is generally very safe and chemical-free. If that doesn't work, just ask your doctor for a safe prescription during your next regular checkup.
