What age do most people get kidney stones?

My brother got kidney stones recently and he's only 45. I thought it was more common in older age. At what age do most people generally start getting kidney stones?

Generally, the late 30s is the peak time when people realize they should have been drinking water instead of iced tea! Just drink your 3 liters of water daily, and you can easily dodge this painful little milestone.

Don't stress too much about this. Most people usually get kidney stones between the ages of 30 and 50. Just make sure you keep yourself well hydrated throughout the day, and you will be absolutely fine.

Haan na, nowadays even younger people in their late 20s are getting them because of outside food. But mostly it starts after 30 only. Just make sure to drink simple ghar ka lemon juice or plenty of water daily, ho na.

Statistically, the peak age group for kidney stones is 30 to 50 years. While dietary habits play a huge role, genetic factors can also contribute. If you are experiencing persistent lower back pain, it is best to consult a doctor and get an ultrasound done.

Mostly people get them between 30 and 50 years of age. It is super common but easily managed by drinking lots of water and coconut water. Take care and stay hydrated!
