What age do heart attacks happen?

My husband's brother had a heart attack at 48, which was quite shocking for us. It made me wonder if heart issues are becoming more prevalent in younger age groups. At what age do heart attacks generally start happening these days?

There is a dangerous amount of misinformation online about heart health. Heart attacks can happen at any age now, even in your 20s and 30s. Don't self-diagnose chest discomfort; get evaluated by a cardiologist immediately if you feel any symptoms.

Honestly, seeing news of people in their late 20s getting heart issues is so scary. It used to be an old-age problem, but now lifestyle stress is changing everything. Let us focus on taking breaks, eating clean, and not putting too much pressure on ourselves.

In our days, we rarely heard of heart attacks before the age of 60. But today, the stress levels are very high. My advice to the younger generation is to slow down, avoid smoking, and live a balanced life so you stay healthy.

While age is just a number, we are seeing cardiac events in very young gym-goers lately. This is why keeping an eye on your cholesterol, doing moderate cardio, and avoiding extreme supplements is so important. Listen to your body and don't overtrain.

I get so anxious whenever I read about young people getting heart attacks. Sometimes I feel a slight pinch in my chest and start panicking instantly. Does anyone else get this kind of health anxiety?

They can happen at any age now due to modern stress and desk jobs. If your doctor clears you, starting with a simple 30-minute brisk walk daily can do wonders for your heart health. It is the easiest way to keep your blood circulation healthy.
