What age can u get breast cancer?

My aunt was just diagnosed with breast cancer, and it really made me think about my own health. She's in her late 50s, but I'm wondering if it can happen to younger women too. Is there a typical age range for this?

Haan na, women think breast cancer only happens in old age, but actually even young women in their 20s and 30s can get it. Thoda self-examination regularly karna bohot zaroori hai, family history ho toh aur bhi dhyan dena chahiye.

The risk of breast cancer increases with age, most commonly diagnosed after 50, but it can absolutely occur in younger women in their 20s and 30s too. It is best to consult a doctor to understand your risk factors and when you should start regular mammograms.

I felt a tiny painless lump at 38 and ignored it for almost a year thinking I was too young for anything serious. I regret that delay so much. Please, if you find any changes, get it checked by a specialist immediately.

Just like blood pressure, breast cancer is something that can develop silently over the years. Regular clinical breast exams after 30 and mammograms after 40 are essential parts of health maintenance. Don't skip your annual checkups.

My sister was diagnosed at 35, so I know it can happen early. The simplest and most practical thing is to learn self-examination. Doing it once a month hardly takes five minutes and can save lives by catching things early.

While eating healthy, green veggies and keeping a active lifestyle helps, there is no home remedy that can prevent or cure this. It can occur at any age, especially after 40. Please go for proper medical screenings and mammograms.

Keeping a balanced life and eating fresh food is wonderful for general wellness. However, breast cancer can strike at any age, even in young adults. If you ever feel any unusual lump or changes, please go straight to a doctor instead of trying home tips.
