These days there is no specific age, we are hearing of young people in their 20s and 30s getting heart attacks due to extreme stress and bad lifestyle. It is very scary as a parent. We must teach our children to manage stress early.

It can unfortunately happen at almost any adult age now, even in young people. Please take care of your health and don't take too much stress.

Earlier it was only for people above 60, but now children in their late 20s are also getting affected. While keeping Arjun chal tea or garlic in diet is good for general heart health, please do not ignore chest pain and go straight to a hospital.

According to my cardiologist, there is a sharp rise in myocardial infarction in Indians aged 25 to 40 due to high stress, smoking, and genetic predisposition. He advised that anyone above 30 with a family history should get lipid profile and ECG done annually.

Metabolic health issues like thyroid imbalance, high cholesterol, and diabetes can increase heart risks at any age, even in your 30s. Regular annual health checkups and staying in touch with your physician is the only way to catch risk factors early.

My uncle suffered a cardiac event at just 34. The doctors at the hospital told us that age is no longer a shield against heart issues. If you have a family history, please consult a cardiologist and get proper screening instead of guessing.

We are seeing even fitness influencers in their 30s get heart attacks, which is alarming. It is a good reminder that sleep and stress management are just as important as lifting weights. Regular moderate walking for 30 minutes is highly recommended by doctors.
