What a1c is considered pre diabetic?

My doctor said my A1C was borderline, and I'm really trying to prevent diabetes. Can you tell me what A1C level means someone is considered pre-diabetic?

Actually, if your HbA1c is between 5.7% and 6.4%, it is considered prediabetic, yaar. It is like a final warning sign to fix your diet and start working out. Don't worry too much, you can easily reverse it at this stage.

An HbA1c range of 5.7% to 6.4% indicates prediabetes. Treat this as an opportunity to make lifestyle adjustments. Start tracking your daily steps and reduce processed carbs immediately; it is highly reversible if you act now.

HbA1c level 5.7% se 6.4% ke beech ho toh prediabetes bolte hain, ho na. Thoda sweet kam karna padega aur roz walk karna padega. Time pe sambhal jao toh sab normal ho jata hai.

My report just came back as 5.9%, which is in the prediabetic range of 5.7% to 6.4%. Did anyone else feel really stressed and tired after finding this out? I am trying to change my food habits but I am constantly worried about it.

Prediabetes is marked by an HbA1c of 5.7% to 6.4%. I have guided many people in this group through this phase. It is completely manageable with 30 minutes of daily exercise and reducing portion sizes, so take it step by step.
