Should you wear a bra to sleep?
My friend told me that wearing a bra to sleep can cause circulation issues or even impact breast health. I usually prefer wearing one for comfort. Is it really bad to wear a bra to sleep, or is it okay?

Honestly, for daily comfort, I usually don't. It's more breathable and comfortable, especially in our climate. But if you have larger breasts and need support to avoid back pain, maybe a very soft, non-wired bralette could work. Always prioritize comfort and good sleep.
Yaar, I've heard so many things about this! Actually, I mostly prefer not to. It just feels so much more comfortable and airy. But some of my friends with really heavy breasts wear a super soft, non-wired one for support. So, I guess it depends on what suits you.
Nah, I never do. It's so uncomfortable! My friends also don't. I just wear a comfy tee. We need all the comfort we can get after a long day of classes and studying, right? Freedom for the win!
Like a good meal, comfort is key to a good night's sleep! If a bra feels restrictive, then ditch it. Your body needs to relax completely. No tight bands or wires for me, thanks! Let everything breathe, it's healthier.

From my experience, sleeping without a bra is generally better for comfort and circulation. Your skin needs to breathe. However, if you have larger breasts and find it uncomfortable to sleep without support, opt for a loose-fitting, soft cotton bralette or camisole without underwire. Never anything tight.
