Should you sleep without underwear?

I've been thinking about trying to sleep without underwear, hoping it might feel more comfortable. Is there any particular health benefit to sleeping without underwear, or does it not really matter?

If it helps you sleep better, go for it! For me, comfort is key for a good night's rest, just like a delicious biryani after a long day. Let everything be free and happy, yaar!

Beti, sone ke samay shareer ko aaram milna chahiye. Hawa lagni chahiye sab jagah. Purane zamane mein toh log dhile-dhale kapde pehente the ya kuch bhi nahi. Safai ka dhyan rakhna sabse zaroori hai.

For me, anything that contributes to better sleep is a win. If going without underwear helps you sleep more comfortably and reduces any potential irritation, then it's a practical choice. Just ensure hygiene is maintained with clean sheets.

Oh, I've heard so many things about this! Some say it's healthier for airflow, which makes sense. But then I worry about cleanliness, especially with bedsheets. Maybe breathable PJs are a good middle ground? It's confusing trying to do everything 'right'.

I tried it for a few weeks because I kept getting slight irritation. Honestly, it made a difference. Felt much fresher and lighter. Just make sure your bedsheets are clean, that's key. It's worth trying if you're comfortable.

Haan, bilkul. Agar comfortable ho aur hygiene ka dhyan rakho, toh no problem. Thodi hawa lagti hai, infection ka chance kam hota hai. Jisko jaise achha lage, wahi kare.
