Should you sleep with socks on?

My feet always get cold at night, even under a blanket. I find it hard to fall asleep if my feet are cold, so I often wear socks. Is it healthy or good for you to sleep with socks on, or should I avoid it?

If you feel cold, then fine, but sometimes it can restrict blood flow if too tight. If you have any circulation issues or feel tingling, better get it checked by a doctor first.

Yaar, I can't sleep without socks in winter, my feet get super cold! Actually, it helps me fall asleep faster. But in summer, no way, I need my feet to breathe. So depends on the weather, I guess.

For me, comfort is key for good recovery. If socks help you feel cozy and sleep better, go for it. As long as they're not too tight restricting blood flow, it's fine. Hydration and a good diet also help regulate body temp, btw.

Haan haan! Thandi mein toh zaroor peheno, warna pair thande ho jaate hain. Garmiyon mein na peheno toh hi theek hai. Apni-apni choice hai, na?

For people with diabetes like me, keeping feet warm can be important, but also need to make sure socks aren't too tight and allow air circulation. Best to use loose, cotton socks. Always check your feet for any issues.

I used to sleep with very tight socks and developed some skin irritation once. So, if you're going to, make sure they are loose and breathable. If you have any existing skin conditions or circulation problems, definitely consult your doctor first.

Oh god, I always worry if it's good or bad! My feet get so cold though, so I usually wear them. But then I think, what if it traps bacteria? Maybe breathable ones are better. I hope it's not bad for circulation. Just try to find soft, loose ones I guess?

Dude, if my feet are cold, socks are a lifesaver. Especially during exam season when the AC is always blasting in the hostel. But yeah, comfort is key, no point wearing them if they're annoying.
