Should you sleep in a bra?

I usually wear a bra to sleep because I feel more comfortable and supported. However, some people say it's bad for your health or can cause issues. Should you actually sleep in a bra or not?

Beti, ghar mein toh aaraam se hi rehna chahiye na. Sone ke time, shareer ko bhi thoda aaraam chahiye hota hai. Purane zamane mein toh koi pehenta hi nahi tha raat ko.

Honestly, I tried sleeping with it for a while thinking it would help with sagging or something. But it just felt so restrictive and uncomfortable. My sleep quality definitely improved once I stopped, felt much lighter.

Sleep? What's that? If I actually manage to fall asleep, I'm not gonna let a bra come between me and my precious Zs. Freedom for the win!

Haha, unless you're trying to defy gravity even in your dreams, probably not! Let everything breathe, it's good for you and your sleep. Plus, less laundry!

Listen to your body, dear. If it feels restrictive, release it. A peaceful mind and comfortable body are essential for good sleep and overall well-being. Focus on feeling good.

I'm more concerned about what to snack on at midnight, not what to wear to bed! But seriously, comfort while sleeping is key, just like a good meal. No tight stuff!
