Should u sleep with a bra on?

I've heard different things about sleeping with a bra on. Some people say it's bad for you, others say it's fine. What's the general opinion, should a woman sleep with a bra on or not?

Honestly, at this point, if it helps me get even an extra 10 minutes of sleep, I'd probably sleep in a full suit of armour! But on a serious note, seems uncomfortable. I always thought bras were for day-time duty. If it's comfortable for you, I guess? But my sleep-deprived self prefers maximum freedom.

Generally, most doctors and health experts advise against sleeping with a bra, especially underwired ones. It can restrict circulation and cause discomfort. If you need support, a loose-fitting bralette or camisole might be a better option. Comfort and circulation are key during sleep.

Hey, don't stress too much about this one! For most people, it's totally fine to sleep without a bra. Some find it more comfortable. If you feel you need some support, maybe a soft, wire-free bralette is a good compromise. Listen to your body and what feels best for you.

I totally understand why someone might worry about this, especially with all the myths floating around. Rest assured, there's no scientific evidence that sleeping with a bra causes cancer or any serious health issues. However, comfort and circulation are important, so opt for something non-constrictive if you do.

While there's no direct link to high BP, any clothing that restricts blood flow, especially at night, isn't ideal for overall circulation and health. Just like I monitor my BP, I also ensure my clothes are comfortable for sleep. A loose-fitting nightgown or bralette is better if you need support, but not a tight bra.

Beti, ghar pe toh humesha bina bra ke hi sote hain. It's for comfort and for the body to breathe. Tight clothes at night are not good for anyone. Let your body relax completely. That's what my nani always said for a good night's sleep.

Generally, it's more comfortable and healthier to sleep without a bra. It allows better circulation and reduces pressure points. However, if you feel you need support, like during pregnancy or if you have a larger bust, choose a soft, non-underwire bra or a sports bra that isn't too tight. Prioritize comfort.

For me, sleep is all about comfort after a good dinner! Why would anyone want to sleep in something restrictive? It's like eating a delicious biryani and then immediately wearing tight jeans. Let everything be free and happy! So, no bra for me, just maximum comfort.
