Should i sleep with my apple watch on?
I recently got an Apple Watch and heard it tracks sleep really well. But is it okay to wear it all night? I'm worried about radiation or something, ya know.

Honestly, I used to, for tracking sleep and all. But then it became a bit much, like feeling tethered. Now I just charge it overnight and feel so much better without it buzzing on my wrist.
For me, no. It distracts me with notifications even in silent mode. Better to charge it while you sleep and actually get proper rest without any tech near you. The data isn't worth disturbing your sleep quality.
Haan, many people do it for sleep tracking, but it's really a personal choice. If it bothers your sleep or makes you feel restless, then it's better to take it off. The main thing is good quality sleep, not just tracked sleep.
I tried for a while because everyone said sleep tracking is good, but it made me anxious. Constantly checking my sleep score felt like another pressure. It's totally okay if you feel better sleeping without it.
Beta, these new gadgets are good for some things, but raat ko toh sab shanti se hona chahiye. If it causes any disturbance or you feel some kind of warmth, take it off. A good night's sleep is more precious than any watch tracking.

Haha, I do sometimes if I forget to charge it! 😅 But mostly I take it off. It can be a bit uncomfortable plus it needs charging anyway. Maybe try it both ways and see what feels better for you? ✨
