Should i keep walking with hip pain?

Been having some hip pain for a few weeks, especially after walking a lot. My doctor told me to rest, but I usually walk quite a bit for exercise. Is it okay to keep walking or should I stop completely?

No, absolutely not if it's actual pain! I made that mistake once and ended up aggravating it. If it's a mild stiffness, sure, gentle movement can help. But pain means stop, rest, and definitely get it checked out by a doctor. Don't push it.

Walking is great for fitness, but not when it's causing pain. Pain is your body's signal to stop. See a doc or physio first. Once cleared, they might suggest specific exercises or stretches that actually help, rather than aggravating the issue.

Oh, hip pain is no fun at all, I've been there. I tried hot compresses and gentle stretches but walking on it just made it worse. Give it some rest first, beta. If it doesn't get better in a day or two, please go to a doctor.

At first, any little pain used to make me panic, thinking the worst! But with hip pain, it's important to listen to your body. If it's a dull ache, maybe a very slow walk for a bit. But if it's sharp or getting worse, please stop. No point hurting yourself more.

Haaye re, one pain after another these days! Walking with hip pain? My doctor would probably scold me. Seriously, don't be a hero. Give your hip a break, put some balm, and if it still hurts, get it checked. We're not getting younger, you know!

Definitely listen to your body! 😌 If it's pain, maybe rest it out for a bit. Don't wanna make it worse, right? If it's just a tiny ache, a super gentle walk might be okay, but if it's proper pain, time to consult a doctor. Stay safe! ✨
