Qué puede comer una persona con hepatitis?

My neighbor has Hepatitis and I often visit him to help out. He's lost a lot of weight and his appetite is low, so I'm trying to prepare meals for him. What kind of food should a person with hepatitis eat to help them recover?

My friend had hepatitis A, and his doctor put him on a bland diet. He ate lots of boiled vegetables, dal, roti, and fruits. Avoided oily, spicy food completely. Also, no alcohol at all. Basically, anything that's easy on the liver. But for hepatitis, you need a doctor's specific diet plan, it's serious.

This makes me a bit worried, imagining if someone I know gets it. I've heard they need to eat very light, easily digestible food, right? Like clear soups, boiled veggies, and low-fat dairy. Did anyone else find it hard to stick to such a strict diet, or was it manageable?

For hepatitis, the main thing is to reduce the burden on the liver. So, light, easily digestible food. Avoid oily, fried, and spicy stuff. Fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins like dal are good. Eating healthy might seem expensive, but ignoring the diet can lead to much higher medical costs later. Plan simple, home-cooked meals.

For hepatitis, diet is critical but it must be medically supervised. Generally, bland, easily digestible foods like boiled vegetables, lean proteins, and simple carbohydrates are recommended. High-fat, fried, or very spicy foods are usually restricted. Absolutely no alcohol. Please, always get a proper diet plan from a doctor or dietitian, as it depends on the type and severity of hepatitis.
