Qué frutas puede comer un diabético?

My doctor recently told me I have pre-diabetes, and I need to watch my sugar. I love fruit, but I'm unsure 'qué frutas puede comer un diabético' without issues?

My uncle is diabetic, and his doctor told him berries, apples, and oranges are good. He usually has half an apple or a small orange in the morning. Avoid mangoes and chikus, they are too sweet. Quantity is also important, thoda thoda hi khaana chahiye.

I use an app to track my macros, and for diabetics, fruits with lower glycemic index are better. Think apples, pears, guavas, and most berries. A small portion of watermelon or grapes is okay too, but check your blood sugar levels after eating them. Always good to monitor personal reactions.

Dekho, fruits toh sab ache hain, par diabetics ke liye portion control bohot zaroori hai. Apple, guava, orange, berries (jaise strawberries) ye sab theek hain. Zyada meethi cheezein avoid karo, jaise mango ya banana. Har cheez moderation mein khani chahiye, na.

Simple si baat hai, jo fruits bahut meethe hain, woh kam khao ya avoid karo. Jaise aam, cheeku, angur. Apple, santra, amrood, ber (berries) ye sab theek hain. Bas thodi quantity kam rakhna, aur doctor se bhi puch lena, woh sahi advise denge.

Beta, phalon mein toh sab achhe hote hain, par jo meethe zyada hote hain woh kam khana chahiye. Seb, amrood, santra, yeh sab theek hain. Thode se ber bhi kha sakte ho. Bas maatra ka dhyaan rakhna, aur haan, doctor se pooch kar hi karna sab.

My son has type 1, and his dietician says fruits like apples, oranges, guavas, and berries are good. We also give him a small portion of pomegranate sometimes. The key is moderation and timing. We never give him fruits right before or after a meal, rather as a mid-morning snack.
