Me at the fever and chills store?

I saw this funny meme saying 'Me at the fever and chills store' and it reminded me of when I had the flu last winter. It was such a miserable experience. Does anyone else get severe fever and chills easily?

Fever and chills, not fun at all. When I get them, I make sure to rest up, drink plenty of fluids, and don't push myself for workouts. Focus on recovery first, then get back to fitness when you're 100%. Don't try to 'sweat it out' in the gym, that's a bad idea.

During fever and chills, it's really important to stick to light, nourishing food. Soups, khichdi, and plenty of warm water or clear broth. Avoid anything oily or heavy. I usually make sure to have lots of vegetable broth. It helps keep strength up without taxing your system.

Aiyo, fever and chills are very common. When I was young, my mother used to give me warm ginger tea with tulsi leaves. And remember to keep your head cool, maybe with a damp cloth, and feet warm. Rest is most important, beta. If it doesn't go away, then see the doctor.

Yes, fever and chills are the worst. Hydration is super important when you're feeling that way.

Oh man, that feeling of fever and chills can be so draining, not just physically but emotionally too. It's totally okay to feel down or frustrated when you're sick like that. Just focus on resting and being kind to yourself; it will pass.
