May mental health month 2025?

I'm working on a community awareness project for next year and need to know about May mental health month 2025. Could anyone tell me if the dates usually remain consistent or if they change yearly? Want to plan properly.

Yes, May will be Mental Health Awareness Month in 2025 too. For me, managing PCOS also means managing mood swings and stress, so I understand the connection between physical and mental well-being. It's important to approach both with care and medical guidance.

Yes, it's an annual observance, so May 2025 will also be Mental Health Awareness Month. I just recently got through a rough patch with my mental health, and the increased awareness really helped me find resources. It truly makes a difference, so let's keep the conversation going.

Absolutely, mental health awareness is an ongoing thing, so May 2025 will also be dedicated to it. I have high BP, and my doctor always tells me how stress and mental state directly affect it. Regular check-ups for both body and mind are crucial. Don't neglect either.

Haan, bilkul, every May is mental health awareness month. It's a very important topic, na? People need to understand that it's okay to talk about their feelings and seek help. No one should suffer in silence.

Oh, so this will be a thing every May? Good! I sometimes get so anxious about my health, including my mental state, and knowing there's a month dedicated to it makes me feel less isolated. It's comforting to see more open discussions about it.

Yes, May will continue to be Mental Health Awareness Month. It's a good reminder for everyone. When I go to my hospital for check-ups, they often have campaigns around this. Always ask your doctor if you have any mental health concerns, they can guide you best.
