Is your liver stronger than your heart?
I was having a debate with a friend about human organs. He claimed the liver is stronger than the heart. Is your liver actually stronger or more resilient than your heart?

That's an interesting way to put it! My doctor explained that 'strength' isn't really the right word when comparing organs. The liver has an incredible regenerative capacity and can recover from damage that other organs can't. But the heart is a muscular pump that continuously works without rest, which is its own kind of strength. Both are crucial, but in different ways.
Honestly, I don't think you can compare them like that. Both do totally different, vital jobs. I had some liver issues a few years back, and it affected my whole body. But my heart has always been okay, touchwood. My experience is, both need to be healthy for you to function.
Hey, don't stress too much thinking which organ is 'stronger'! Both your liver and heart are super important for your body to work. They just have different functions. Focus on keeping both healthy with good food and a little exercise, that's what matters!
From my recent experience with fatty liver, I can tell you the liver is very resilient. It can take a lot and still bounce back if you make lifestyle changes. But the heart, it's a constant worker and any damage there is usually more critical. So, both are strong in their own right, just different roles.
Hmm, for the body to function peacefully, all organs must work in harmony. The liver purifies, the heart keeps the blood flowing. Instead of comparing strength, let us focus on nurturing both. Pranayama and mindful eating support both heart and liver health gently.

Stronger or not, both need care. Regular checkups can get expensive, so it's good to keep track of basic blood tests for liver function and cholesterol for heart health. Prevention is always cheaper than cure, so eat well and walk daily.
