For PCOS, managing weight and insulin resistance is often key. Plain, unsweetened yogurt can be a good source of protein and calcium, helping with satiety. Along with diet, regular physical activity, like brisk walking or a good workout, really makes a difference. Always choose plain versions, no added sugar!

I go to a big hospital for my health checkups, and for PCOS, they always emphasize personalized diet plans. Plain, unsweetened dahi is generally considered okay due to its probiotics and protein, which can help with gut health and weight management. But you should clearly ask your gynecologist or a dietitian affiliated with them, because what works for one might not work for another. They know your full case history.

I've tried so many things for my PCOS over the years. Plain, unsweetened yogurt can be beneficial because of the probiotics for gut health, which is often linked to PCOS management. It's also a good source of protein. However, you need to be consistent with a whole healthy lifestyle, and always check with your doctor or a nutritionist. They can guide you on portion sizes and overall diet.

I had some complications with my PCOS, so I'm very cautious now. While plain yogurt is often part of a healthy diet, for PCOS, some people might need to be careful with dairy, especially if they have inflammation. It's really, really important to consult your endocrinologist or gynecologist and a dietitian who specializes in PCOS. Don't take chances based on general advice, please.

Didi, for PCOS, diet is very important. Plain dahi, without sugar, is generally fine. Good for your gut and has protein. But don't expect it to fix everything. You need to follow a proper diet plan given by your doctor or a dietitian, and exercise regularly. Be consistent, that's the key.
