Is wine good for the liver?

I've heard conflicting things about alcohol and liver health. Some say a little wine is good, others say it's always bad. Is wine actually good for the liver, or should I be avoiding it completely?

I was actually reading some studies on this yesterday. Honestly, even though some articles say red wine has antioxidants, any form of alcohol is generally tough on the liver. It is definitely not a health drink for liver care.

Arrey nahi yaar, wine liver ke liye achhi nahi hoti. Alcohol is alcohol, haan? Regular drinking can damage the liver cells, toh avoid karna hi best hai.

No child, alcohol of any kind is harmful for the liver. To keep your liver healthy, eat fresh amla, turmeric, and simple home-cooked meals. Do not follow Western trends of drinking wine for health.

If you drink wine thinking it is good, you might end up paying a lot for liver function tests and doctor visits later. It is much cheaper and safer to drink simple water and avoid alcohol entirely.

Honestly, I used to think red wine was healthy, but my doctor cleared it up. Any alcohol forces the liver to work extra hard to filter toxins. It is better to stick to fresh fruits for antioxidants.
