Is white claw bad for your liver?

I sometimes have White Claw seltzers when out with friends. I heard that even though they are light, they can still be bad for your liver over time. Is White Claw detrimental to liver health, similar to other alcoholic beverages?

I am new to this, but isn't White Claw also alcoholic? Does it affect the liver the same way as beer or whiskey, or is it safer because it is lighter?

In our younger days we drank heavy stuff, and now we face liver issues. These modern canned drinks also contain alcohol and can harm your liver over time if you are not careful. Take care of your health early.

If you drink alcohol regularly, it is wise to budget for a basic lipid and liver function test every six months. It only costs around 1000 rupees and can save you from huge hospital bills later.

Hey, don't stress too much! Having one White Claw occasionally on weekends is totally fine for your liver. Just don't make it an everyday habit, and keep yourself well hydrated!

Alcohol is alcohol, ho na. Just because White Claw is sparkling and light doesn't mean it won't affect your liver if you drink it regularly. Moderation is very important.

I ignored minor liver warnings while drinking 'light' alcoholic drinks and regretted it when my reports came bad. Please go get a liver function test (LFT) done to see where your health stands.
