Is white bread good for diabetes?

My father has diabetes and he often eats white bread. I try to convince him to switch to brown bread, but he insists white bread is fine if eaten in moderation. Is white bread actually good for diabetics in any way?

Honestly bro, white bread is terrible for diabetes. It is pure maida and spikes my mom's blood sugar instantly. We stopped buying it completely.

White bread has zero fiber and acts like sugar in the body. Since managing thyroid and sugar together is tough, I recommend getting regular blood tests and discussing a strict diet plan with your doctor.

I get so anxious reading bread labels because everything has hidden sugar. Please avoid white bread, it spikes glucose levels fast and that can be really scary for health.

It is not safe for diabetics as it raises blood sugar quickly. Try to opt for wheat roti or safer home alternatives.

In my house, we noticed that whenever my father ate white bread sandwiches, his blood sugar readings shot up above 200. We replaced it with multigrain rotis.

White bread has a very high glycemic index. If you are managing diabetes, swap it for oats or brown rice and keep up with your daily workouts.

Please don't eat white bread. I ignored dietary warnings and my sugar complications landed me in the hospital last year. Please consult your physician for a safe diet.

White bread bilkul acchi nahi hai sugar patients ke liye, haan. Isme sirf maida hota hai jo sugar badhata hai, isse door hi raho na.

With PCOS, insulin resistance is a big issue just like diabetes. White bread always messes up my levels, so I would suggest avoiding it to keep your hormones stable.

White bread converts into glucose almost immediately in your bloodstream. It's really not good for diabetes control, so please try to avoid it entirely.

I was just reading about this online. Refined flour in white bread has no nutrients or fiber left, which is why it is bad for blood sugar. It's better to avoid it.
