Actually, for fatty liver, you want to cut down on processed carbs yaar. Even wheat bread from stores has preservatives and sugars, so eating fresh home-cooked food is much better.

Wheat bread is better than white bread because of the fiber, but for fatty liver, reducing packaged foods completely is key. Try to focus on green vegetables, pulses, and consult a gastroenterologist for a proper diet chart.

I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver last year and my doctor told me to avoid all bakery items, including wheat bread. Switching to oats, daliya, and simple hand-rolled rotis helped reverse it completely.

Bhai, fatty liver mein bahar ki cheezein band kar do. Ghar ki bani wheat roti ya daliya sabse badiya hota hai, packet wala bread mat khao.

Honestly, fatty liver means our poor liver is struggling with processed stuff. Skip the store-bought bread altogether and enjoy a fresh vegetable-loaded handvo or a light daliya instead.
