Is walking good for back pain?
I've had chronic back pain for years, and sometimes even sitting is difficult. I'm wondering if walking could actually help alleviate it or if it would just make it worse. Is walking good for back pain in general?

I know how exhausting back pain can be, it literally drains all your energy and makes you feel so helpless. When I was bedridden, even the thought of walking was scary. But slowly taking just 5-minute walks inside my room actually started releasing the muscle tightness. Please hang in there.
