Is vomiting good for hangover?

Had a bit too much to drink last night and woke up with a pounding headache and feeling super nauseous. My friend told me that if I just throw up, I'll feel better. Is vomiting actually good for a hangover?

I used to panic thinking throwing up would ruin my stomach, but honestly, once the toxins are out, you start feeling much better. Just make sure you drink lots of water and Electral after you vomit.

I totally get it, hangover nausea is the absolute worst and makes you feel like dying. While throwing up might relieve your stomach pressure momentarily, it dehydrates you terribly. Try to sip coconut water slowly.

Vomiting during a hangover isn't really 'good' as it severely dehydrates you and strains your system. Especially if you have metabolic or thyroid issues, sudden electrolyte loss can make you feel extremely weak. Keep an eye on your symptoms and check with a doctor if you feel very dizzy.

Oh, throwing up might make your head stop spinning for a bit, but it's not a great cure! Make sure you drink plenty of fluids and get some sweet sleep to recover!

I completely understand the anxiety when your heart is racing and you are vomiting after a night out. It feels terrible, but it's just your body processing the alcohol. Try to stay calm, rest, and drink fluids.

Don't waste your day lying in misery. If you throw up, wash your face, drink an electrolyte solution, and take a light nap. If the headache is unbearable, consult a doctor for a safe painkiller.

Haan na, throwing up helps release the alcohol pressure from the stomach, but it makes you so weak. Try to have some light nimbu paani with salt and sugar to get your energy back.

I've been there and honestly, throwing up is the only thing that relieves that horrible nausea. Just don't force it too much, and try to eat a simple banana or toast afterwards to settle your stomach.

Hey, don't stress too much! If you feel like throwing up, just let it out, your body is just trying to clear the toxins. Just make sure you drink a big glass of ORS water right after so you don't wake up with a massive headache.

It might give you temporary relief, but forcing yourself to vomit is not good for your throat or stomach lining. Just rest, let your body heal naturally, and keep drinking water in small sips. Take care of yourself.

Vomiting is just a reflex to empty the stomach, but it doesn't cure a hangover because the alcohol is already in your bloodstream. Focus on rehydrating with electrolytes to prevent severe headaches and dizziness.

Actually yaar, forcing it is bad, but if it comes naturally, just get it over with. You'll feel 50% better instantly. Just drink some coconut water after that to restore your system.

Vomiting doesn't speed up alcohol metabolism, it only drains your body's mineral levels further. Skip your workout today, stay in bed, and focus on clean hydration with some B-complex vitamins.

Honestly, throwing up just clears the runway so you can finally drink some hot lemon soda or eat a light plate of toast. It helps relieve the bloated feeling, but the real cure is a greasy breakfast once your stomach settles.
