Is vomiting bile bad?
I've been feeling nauseous all day and just vomited, and it was yellow and bitter, almost like bile. Is vomiting bile bad, or is it normal sometimes?

Vomiting yellow bile usually just means your stomach is completely empty. It feels terrible but is quite common when you keep throwing up.
I used to throw up green-yellow bile during my severe migraine attacks because my stomach was totally empty. Sucking on a small piece of ginger or drinking warm water with black salt helped settle it. But if it keeps happening, you need to consult a doctor.
While vomiting bile often happens when you have nothing left in your stomach, regular episodes are not good for your throat lining. You can try a little coconut water to cool your system, but please consult a doctor to find out why you are vomiting so much.
Please be careful. I kept vomiting yellow-green fluid and thought it was just acidity, but it turned out to be a severe gallbladder issue. If you are experiencing this repeatedly along with sharp abdominal pain, please go to a hospital immediately.
Honestly, throwing up bile is the absolute worst because it burns so badly and tastes awful. It usually happens when you have a stomach bug and have already thrown up all your food. Just try to sip water slowly so you don't dehydrate, and rest.
