Is vomiting a sign of stroke or heart attack?

My father had a heart attack last year and he started vomiting a lot before it. Now my uncle is complaining of feeling nauseous and he just vomited. I'm worried, is vomiting a sign of stroke or heart attack?

Honestly, yes, it actually can be a warning sign, especially when combined with other classic symptoms. If someone is vomiting alongside sudden chest pain, severe sweating, or numbness on one side of the face, do not sit around waiting. Get them to the nearest emergency room immediately.

In all my years, I have seen that we often mistake serious heart issues for simple gas or indigestion. My brother-in-law had severe nausea and threw up before his cardiac event, which we initially ignored. Please don't take these sudden symptoms lightly and consult a doctor right away.

I was just reading about this on a health forum last week. Apparently, atypical symptoms like vomiting and jaw pain are very common during heart attacks, especially in women. It is scary how we think it is just a stomach bug when it could be something so serious.

As someone managing high BP for ten years, I always watch out for sudden nausea. It can definitely happen during a cardiovascular emergency due to sudden blood pressure spikes. Keep your BP monitor handy and if things look bad, head straight to the hospital.

Haan, bilkul ho sakta hai, isse ignore mat karna yaara. Agar vomiting ke saath chest me tightness ya dizziness ho rahi hai na, toh turant doc ke paas jao. Acid ban gaya bolke ghar pe mat baithe rehna, risk bilkul nahi lena chahiye.
