Is vomiting a sign of pneumonia?

My son has had a bad cough and fever for a few days, and now he's also started vomiting. We're concerned about pneumonia. Is vomiting a symptom that accompanies pneumonia, especially in children?

Hmm, pneumonia usually has cough and breathing issues more prominently. Vomiting can be a general symptom for many things, like a stomach bug also. Don't worry too much, just keep an eye on other symptoms and maybe talk to a doctor if it's persistent. Stay positive!

I'm not a doctor, but pneumonia usually presents with respiratory symptoms, like a bad cough and difficulty breathing. Vomiting can happen with many illnesses, even simple infections. Best to consult a doctor, especially if you have other symptoms; don't self-diagnose like I used to do with my thyroid issues, it never ends well without proper tests.

Oh god, I hope not! My body does weird stuff when I'm super tired, but vomiting for pneumonia sounds intense. I think that's more a cough-fever-chest pain kind of thing? Anyway, if you're throwing up, maybe just see a doc. Don't want to ignore anything serious.

Generally, pneumonia is more about cough, fever and breathing problems, you know? Vomiting can happen with so many things like food poisoning or a virus. If you're feeling really unwell, it's always good to get checked out by a doctor, just to be safe! 😊

Vomiting as a main sign of pneumonia? Naah, that's like saying a flat tire means your car has a brain fever! 😂 Pneumonia usually screams 'my lungs are having a party without me'. If you're puking, it's more likely a bad tummy bug. Still, if you're worried, always good to talk to a proper doc.
