Is type 2 diabetes more common than type 1?

I know there are different types of diabetes, and type 2 seems very common in our country. I'm curious, is type 2 diabetes more common than type 1 globally, or even here in India?

Yes, without a doubt, Type 2 is far more common. This doesn't make it any less serious if not managed. The rising numbers are concerning, so please ensure you get regular check-ups and don't take any symptoms lightly. Consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and care.

Yes, Type 2 diabetes is significantly more common than Type 1. It's often linked to lifestyle factors, so focusing on a healthy, balanced vegetarian diet and regular activity can help manage or prevent it. Prioritize whole foods over processed ones!

From what I understand, yes, Type 2 diabetes accounts for the vast majority of diabetes cases globally. It's much more widespread. So, if you suspect any symptoms, always get yourself checked by a doctor to be on the safe side.

Haan, beti, Type 2 hi zyada common hai. Mere ghar mein bhi kayi logo ko Type 2 hi hai. Home remedies bahut try kiye, but doctor ki dawai aur walking hi best hai. Type 1 toh bachcho ko hota hai aksar.
