Is tylenol good for abdominal pain?

Since yesterday, I've been having this dull abdominal pain, especially after meals. My mother suggested taking a painkiller, but I'm not sure if Tylenol is suitable for stomach issues. Could it help, or should I look for something else?

Honestly, for abdominal pain, Tylenol sometimes works if it's like a mild cramp or something. But if it's proper stomach ache, like a bad one, it usually doesn't do much for me. I usually need something specific for stomach issues.

Bhai/Behen, be careful with abdominal pain. Tylenol can help with some kinds of pain, but stomach pain can be tricky. It could be gas, indigestion, or something more serious. If it's persistent or severe, please don't just take Tylenol, get it checked by a doctor.

Dekho, Tylenol toh dard aur bukhar ke liye hai. Pet dard ke liye, sometimes it helps with general ache, but if it's cramps ya gas, you need different medicine. Don't just take Tylenol blindly for stomach pain. See if it's just mild, or serious.

Abdominal pain can be from so many things. Tylenol might mask the symptom but won't address the cause. Just like with my thyroid, you need proper diagnosis. So, if the pain is recurrent or very strong, get proper tests done and follow up with a specialist.

I get abdominal pain sometimes, and Tylenol doesn't really touch it, to be honest. It helps with headaches but not my stomach. Has anyone else felt the same, that Tylenol isn't effective for belly pain?
