For the thyroid, which is a very delicate gland, balance is key. Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory effects and can support overall well-being. Practicing gentle pranayama and a balanced diet with proper medical guidance is essential. Turmeric can be a part of a healthy diet, but for thyroid issues, always follow your doctor's specific advice.

I'm not very familiar with thyroid issues. Is turmeric supposed to help with, like, high or low thyroid levels, or just general gland health? And is it safe to take it if you're already on thyroid medication?

Oh, thyroid issues are so common and can be really worrying. I've heard turmeric is great for general health and inflammation, but for thyroid specifically, I'm always nervous about home remedies interfering with medication. Has anyone here actually found it helpful for their thyroid while on meds, and did their doctor approve?

Another day, another miracle cure suggestion! My thyroid keeps me tired enough as it is. While haldi is good for everything else, I'm not sure it's the answer to my hormones. I just stick to my doctor's pills and try to get some sleep. Maybe a haldi latte helps me relax before bed, if nothing else! 😂
