Is turmeric bad for liver?

My mother always tells me haldi is good for everything, but I recently read something online that said it might be bad for the liver. Is this true, especially if I have it daily in milk?

Nah, I always thought turmeric was super good for everything, including detoxing stuff. My gym trainer also says it's anti-inflammatory. Unless you're chugging pure turmeric powder or something, I don't think regular use in food is bad for the liver. But then, I'm just a guy who likes his dal-chawal.

For liver, you have to be very careful. Turmeric, when used in daily cooking amounts, is actually considered beneficial. But high-dose turmeric *supplements* can be risky for some, especially if you already have liver conditions or take certain medications. Don't just guess; go to a good hospital, ask your doctor clearly about your specific situation. They will give you the right answer.

Haan, haldi toh hamare ghar mein har cheez mein dalte hain na, liver ke liye toh isko accha hi mante hain. Anti-inflammatory hoti hai. Lekin agar koi already liver ki problem hai, ya bahut high-dose supplements le rahe ho, toh doctor se ek baar pooch lena chahiye. Normal use mein toh koi problem nahi honi chahiye, na?

For liver health, you should be extremely cautious. Turmeric is widely used, and many claim it's beneficial. But there are also reports of liver issues with high-dose turmeric supplements. Do not trust what you read online or hear from unqualified sources. Get proper medical advice from a hepatologist before consuming anything specifically for liver health.

Hamare ghar mein toh haldi doodh, haldi sabzi mein, sab mein istemal karte hain. Yeh toh natural aur accha hota hai. Liver ke liye toh bohot faydemand mana jata hai. Lekin agar kisi ko pehle se liver ki takleef hai ya bahut zyada quantity mein kha rahe ho, tab doctor se zaroor baat karna. Natural cheezein acchi hain, par beemari mein doctor ki salaah zaroori hai.

When I had some minor liver enzyme issues, my doctor actually encouraged me to include turmeric in my diet because of its anti-inflammatory properties. He said it's generally very good for liver health in normal cooking amounts. The only caution was about high-dose supplements, which can sometimes be too much for the liver if it's already compromised. So, in food, it's a thumbs up!

Liver? Turmeric? My liver is probably more tired than I am from all the late nights! But jokes aside, I always thought turmeric was a superhero for the liver, like a natural detoxer. I mean, my mom puts it in everything and her liver is fine. But if you have serious issues, definitely ask a doctor, don't trust my sleep-deprived brain.
