While tomato juice contains lycopene, which is good for liver cell recovery, processed juices can have high sodium. It is always safest to ask your doctor clearly before adding large amounts of it to your diet.

Haan, tomato juice mein antioxidants hote hain jo liver ke liye acche mane jaate hain na. Lekin ghar par nikala hua fresh juice hi peena, market wala bilkul nahi. Baaki ek baar doctor se advice zaroor le lena.

Tomato juice is rich in lycopene, which helps lower liver fat and inflammation. However, drinking too much can sometimes cause acidity, so moderation is key. Consult your doctor to see how it fits your routine.

My mother-in-law drinks a small glass of fresh, unsalted tomato juice for her liver health because of its detox properties. It really helps her feel lighter, but we still make sure she gets her regular liver function checkups.

Fresh tomato juice is a wonderful source of vitamins that support overall metabolic and liver health. However, please avoid canned versions with high sodium, and consult a professional dietitian for proper guidance.
