Is there a sleep timer on apple music?

I often fall asleep listening to music on my phone. Does Apple Music have a sleep timer feature so the music stops playing automatically after some time?

I don't use Apple Music much as I try to avoid screens and late-night music to keep my high blood pressure under control. Getting proper, quiet sleep and regular health checkups is the best way to stay healthy as we age.

Yes, you can use the default Clock app on your iPhone and set the timer to 'Stop Playing' when it ends.

Yes, indeed! On Android, Apple Music has a built-in sleep timer in the app settings under 'Sleep Timer'. For iPhone users, using the Clock app's 'Stop Playing' trick works perfectly. It's a great way to enjoy soft music without draining your battery overnight.

To set it on iPhone, open the Clock app, go to Timer, set the duration, tap 'When Timer Ends', scroll to the bottom, and select 'Stop Playing'. My doctor actually recommended using this feature to avoid having audio playing all night, which can disrupt deep REM sleep cycles.

Yes, there is! Otherwise, you'd wake up at 4 AM with some heavy metal playlist blasting in your ears because you forgot to turn it off. Just use the iPhone Clock app timer set to 'Stop Playing' and sleep like a baby!
