Is there a mental health crisis in america?

I keep hearing news reports, mostly from international channels, talking about a 'mental health crisis'. Specifically, they mention America a lot. Is it true that there's a big mental health crisis happening there?

From what I see on the news and hear from my cousins in the US, yes, they are facing a huge crisis there. Though frankly, with my back pain and our local traffic, I have enough crisis of my own to worry about!

Yes, it seems very bad over there, especially with young kids and screen addiction. Basic routine, sleeping on time, and yoga can help manage daily anxiety. But for severe clinical issues, professional medical help is a must.

I lived in Boston for two years and definitely saw how common loneliness and anxiety are there. Many of my classmates struggled deeply. Getting professional therapy was highly recommended and accepted there, which is a good thing.

Haan, wahan kaafi badi problem hai yeh, reports bhi yahi bolti hain. Par sach toh yeh hai ki mental health issue wahan ho ya yahan, ispe khul ke baat karna aur sahi doctor se ilaaj karwana hi iska ekmatra rasta hai.

Yes, statistical data from organizations like the CDC confirms a significant rise in mental health issues in America, particularly among teens. It highlights the importance of clinical intervention and consulting psychiatrists rather than ignoring mental wellness.

I keep reading about this on Instagram and it honestly makes me so anxious about my own future. Do you guys also feel overwhelmed reading such global news? I wonder if we are all heading towards a similar situation here.
