Is there a cure for fatty liver?

My husband recently had a check-up, and the doctor said he has a fatty liver. He's trying to make lifestyle changes, but we're concerned. Is there a proper cure for fatty liver, or is it something that just needs to be managed with diet?

My doctor told me my liver is as fatty as a butter naan! The good news is Grade 1 fatty liver is completely reversible if you cut down on alcohol, sugar, and start walking. Just listen to your doctor.

I panicked so much when my ultrasound showed fatty liver, thinking my liver was failing. But it is actually very common and reversible with lifestyle changes. Talk to a physician to ease your mind.

My dad was diagnosed with fatty liver last year. We changed his diet to include more green veggies and cut out processed food, and his liver enzymes are back to normal now. It's totally manageable!

Fatty liver is basically a sign that your body needs a reset. Regular strength training and a low-carb diet work wonders to reduce liver fat. Keep active and consult your doctor for a proper plan.

While there are no specific approved medications to 'cure' fatty liver, clinical guidelines show weight loss of 7-10% can reverse hepatic steatosis. Regular liver function tests are essential. Always coordinate with a gastroenterologist.
