Is there a cure for arthritis?

My mother has been struggling with arthritis for many years now, and the pain is getting worse. We try different treatments, but nothing seems to make it disappear completely. Is there actually a cure for arthritis, or is it always about managing the symptoms?

I am also quite new to this since my mother was just diagnosed with joint pain. I read that there is no complete cure, but we can manage the pain with proper care. Does anyone know if hot water fermentation actually helps daily?

There is no permanent cure as such, but keeping active makes a massive difference. Regular low-impact walking and simple joint mobility exercises keep the stiffness away, provided your orthopedist gives the green light first. Don't stop moving!

Listen, don't worry too much about the word 'incurable'. My elder sister has been managing rheumatoid arthritis beautifully for ten years now with standard doctor-prescribed meds and lifestyle changes. Just stick to a good specialist and don't try random heavy exercises on your own.

Managing long-term health issues is all about discipline, just like my diabetes. For arthritis, keeping your systemic inflammation low by cutting down on sugar and processed food really helps. Definitely seek professional medical guidance before starting any supplements.

Honestly, a lot of it is about strengthening the muscles around your joints. Proper strength training combined with an anti-inflammatory diet helps ease the load on your knees. Keep your weight in check and work closely with a physio.
