Is there a 9 month sleep regression?

My baby is 9 months old, and her sleep has completely gone haywire after sleeping so well for months. She's fighting naps and waking up every hour. My mother says it's a phase, but I'm wondering if it's a 'sleep regression'. Is there a 9-month sleep regression?

Oh, 9 months? That's when they've mastered crawling and are probably plotting their escape from the crib! So yeah, sleep regression is definitely on the menu. Just remember, it's a phase, and soon you'll miss these sleepless cuddles... or not! Haha!

Haan ji, 9 months pe toh pakka hota hai sleep regression. Bachche naye naye skills seekhte hain na, jaise khada hona. Toh raat ko bhi vahi practice karte hain. Thoda mushkil hota hai but you'll get through it, don't worry.

Yes, sleep regressions are very common around 8-10 months due to developmental milestones. However, if your baby seems in pain or has other symptoms like fever, please see a doctor to rule out ear infections or teething issues. My cousin's baby had an ear infection that looked like a sleep problem.

Is there a 9-month sleep regression? My dark circles say YES! Honestly, it feels like they just hit a reset button on sleep around that age. I'm surviving on coffee and good intentions. Solidarity, my friend, solidarity.

Yes, 9 months is a common regression age. They're learning a lot and getting more mobile, which can disrupt sleep. Stick to your routine, be patient, and it will improve. It's a phase, not a permanent change.
