Is there a 7 month sleep regression?

My 7-month-old son has been extremely fussy at night lately, waking up crying and difficult to settle. He used to sleep much better. Is there something called a 7-month sleep regression that could be causing this change?

Haan beti, 7 mahine pe bachche thoda pareshan karte hain neend mein. Naye daant aane lagte hain na, aur ab woh baithna bhi seekh gaye. Thoda dhyaan rakho, pyaar se sulane ki koshish karo, sab theek ho jayega.

At 7 months, babies are often starting solids more regularly. Make sure they are not hungry, but also not overfed right before bed. Keep their diet balanced and light in the evening. Sleep regressions at this age are often linked to developmental milestones and sometimes discomfort from teething.

Yes, 7 months is a common time for sleep regression. It's usually developmental, so no need for expensive tests unless other symptoms are there. Focus on a solid, consistent routine. Maybe invest in some good blackout curtains if you haven't already, that can be a cost-effective solution.

Oh god, yes! My friend's baby just went through this. Don't stress too much, it feels endless but it's a phase. They're probably learning to crawl or babble so much their brains are just buzzing. Hang in there!

Sleep patterns can be really sensitive to changes, for babies especially. At 7 months, with so much development happening, it's very possible for sleep to be disrupted. Be supportive and maintain a calming routine. If you have any serious concerns, always check with a pediatrician, as you would for any health issue.

Yaar, 7 months is like peak 'baby-is-learning-everything' phase. So yeah, sleep takes a hit. Actually, my niece had it, suddenly waking up every hour. It's just their brain processing all the new stuff. Consistency is your only friend here.

Yes, many babies experience a sleep regression around 7-8 months. It can be tough, but remember it's a temporary phase.
