Is there a 3 month sleep regression?

My three-month-old used to sleep pretty well, but now suddenly she's waking up much more frequently throughout the night. I've read a little about 'sleep regressions'. Is there a typical 3-month sleep regression that babies experience?

Dude, for sure! My little sister went through this. Mom was telling me how she was sleeping fine, then suddenly at 3 months, poof! All gone. It's tough but they say it passes.

While sleep regressions are common, always best to rule out anything else, especially at that young age. My nephew had reflux issues that looked like sleep problems. Please consult your pediatrician if you're worried.

Haan na, three months is a very common time for it. Bachche bohot develop karte hain tabhi. Just remember it's normal and will eventually get better, thoda patience rakho.

Yes, we went through this with our son at exactly 3 months. It's tough, but try to maintain a consistent routine for naps and bedtime. Swaddling helped us a bit, and a dark room. It does pass, promise!

I totally get it, that newborn sleep bliss turning into chaos is so hard. It's very real, babies hit so many milestones around 3-4 months that mess with their sleep. You're not alone in this.

For babies, sleep changes are very normal. But if your baby is unusually irritable or has other symptoms along with sleep issues, always check with the doctor. Just like with thyroid, early detection or ruling out issues is best.
