Is there a 2 year sleep regression?

My son is almost two years old, and he's started having really disturbed sleep again after a long period of sleeping well. My wife thinks it's a 'two-year sleep regression'. Is there actually a sleep regression at the two-year mark?

Is there a 2-year sleep regression? Bro, at this point, I think there's a sleep regression every other month for toddlers! My kid is 2.5 and some nights I swear he thinks sleep is optional. Send coffee, or maybe a magic wand.

Yeah, definitely! I've heard my older sister complain about it with her kid. Apparently, at two, they start getting really independent and testing limits, and that includes bedtime. Plus, nightmares can start around then. It sounds tough for parents.

Yes, I've read about the 2-year sleep regression. It's often linked to big milestones and developing imagination. While managing a child's sleep, don't forget to keep an eye on your own health too. Sometimes, doctors recommend certain tests if sleep issues become chronic, so factor that into your planning.

Based on my experience with my nephew, yes, it feels like a sleep regression can happen around 2 years. He started resisting naps and bedtime a lot more. We just tried to stick to his routine and be patient. Not a medical opinion, just personal observation.

Haan ji, 2 saal pe bhi sleep regression hota hai. Toddlerhood mein bacche bahot ziddi ho jaate hain na, they test limits. Nightmares bhi start ho sakte hain. Parents ki toh life difficult ho jaati hai is time pe!

It is true, children's sleep can become restless around two years as their minds grow so much. They are exploring their world. Gentle evening routine, maybe a calming story, and deep breathing exercises for parents can help. Patience and love are important.
