Is theanine good for sleep?

I've been having trouble sleeping lately, just tossing and turning for hours. My friend suggested looking into theanine to help, but I'm not sure if it's really effective for sleep. Is it something that can actually make a difference?

Oh god, anything that helps me sleep is good! I've heard about theanine in green tea, and honestly, sometimes a warm cup helps. But if it's a supplement, I'd definitely check with a doc first. I'm desperate, but not stupid, you know?

Haan na, I've heard some people say it helps them relax. It's in green tea, right? It might not make you sleepy exactly, but helps calm the mind. For me, a warm glass of haldi doodh works best, ho na.

Good sleep is crucial, especially for managing conditions like high BP. Theanine is known for calming effects. For me, reducing screen time and light exercise helps more. If considering supplements, always discuss with your doctor, as they know your full health profile.

Many people find L-theanine helpful for relaxation, which can aid in sleep. My grandmother always advised a warm oil head massage for good sleep. While natural methods are good, if you are thinking about supplements for sleep, it is always best to speak with your doctor for safety and effectiveness.

Theanine, I have heard it is a natural calming agent. Good sleep is very important for health. We used to drink ashwagandha milk before bed. But if you are having trouble, perhaps try some gentle remedies first, and if it continues, then talk to a doctor. Don't take new things without advice.
