Is the liver on right or left?
My grandmother was having some pain in her side, and the doctor mentioned checking her liver. I'm trying to figure out where exactly it is in the body, is it on the right or left side?

Actually, the liver is mostly on the right side of your upper abdomen. You can sometimes feel it if you press gently below your ribs there. If you have any serious pain there, though, please see a doctor, don't just rely on home remedies.
Haan na, liver apna right side pe hi hota hai, just under the ribs. I remember from school biology. It's a big organ ho na? So it takes up quite a bit of space there.
It's on the right side, under the rib cage. Simple to remember. If you ever have a stomach ache on that side, always consider it could be related. Just general awareness is enough for most of us.
My mother always told me the liver is on the right, dear. It's a very important organ. If there is any discomfort, it is always best to consult a doctor, even if family tells you remedies.
