Is sweating a sign of a heart attack?

Lately, I've been experiencing some unusual sweating, especially at night, along with some chest discomfort. My friend mentioned it could be a sign of a heart attack. Is excessive sweating actually a symptom to worry about for heart problems?

Sun bhai/behen, sweating alone is not a heart attack. Many things can make you sweat. But if it's sudden, cold sweat, along with chest pain, shortness of breath, or pain in arm, then don't sit. Go to the hospital right away. Don't take chances with heart symptoms.

Haan, if it's like a sudden, cold sweat, especially with chest pain, ya phir arm mein dard ho raha hai na, toh definitely check karna chahiye. Akela pasina toh garmi se bhi aa sakta hai. But combined with other serious symptoms, then don't delay, doc ke paas jao.

Okay, so just sweating by itself? Probably not a heart attack, like after gym or in summer. But if it's like, cold sweat and you're also having chest pain or feeling really dizzy, then yeah, that's serious. My medical app says to call emergency if those symptoms combine.

Sweating can be a symptom of many things, but if it's profuse, cold sweat, accompanied by chest pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath, then it's serious. As someone with high BP, I know any heart-related symptom needs immediate medical attention. Don't wait, get to a doctor or hospital.
