Is super liver legit?

I've been seeing a lot of ads for a supplement called 'Super Liver' online, claiming it detoxes and supports liver function. My father has some liver issues. Is 'Super Liver' a legitimate product, or just another scam?

Honestly, don't waste your money on these detox supplements. Just eat clean food and consult your doctor.

Our bodies have a beautiful, natural way of healing themselves when we treat them with love and respect. Instead of relying on bottled pills, try starting your day with simple positive thoughts and fresh home-cooked meals. Take care of yourself.

Look, these shiny advertisements are just there to grab your money. There is no magic pill that can clean your liver if your lifestyle is bad. Stop eating outside food and get a proper medical checkup if you feel unwell.

I tried a bottle of Super Liver last year because I was feeling sluggish. Personally, I didn't notice any major difference in my digestion or energy levels. I stopped using it and focused on reducing junk food instead.

I had fatty liver issues a few months ago and got tempted by these online liver supplements. My hepatologist strictly told me to throw them away because unregulated herbs can actually stress the liver more. A simple low-fat diet and daily walking got my liver back to normal.

I researched the active ingredients in these liver supplements. When I asked my family doctor, he explained that the human liver doesn't need external 'detox' pills because it cleanses itself naturally. He advised that drinking enough water and avoiding alcohol is far more effective than any OTC product.
