Is super beets good for diabetics?

My doctor told me to include more vegetables in my diet to manage my diabetes. I saw this 'Super Beets' powder advertised as good for heart health and sugar levels. Is Super Beets really good for diabetics?

Be careful with these concentrated supplement powders claiming to cure everything. Beetroot naturally has sugars, and concentrated powders might cause quick blood sugar spikes. Always ask your doctor before starting such supplements.

Dealing with insulin resistance is very tricky. I avoid packaged beet supplements because they can sometimes cause sudden glucose rises. It might be better to stick to fresh, whole vegetables, but please monitor your sugar levels to see what works for you.

At this stage of my life, my daily routine is already full of actual medicines. I don't want to add fancy 'superfood' powders that might mess up my sugar charts. Stick to normal ghar ka khana and let your doctor handle your prescriptions!

Better to avoid concentrated beet supplements if you have diabetes. Whole raw beets in a salad are a much safer option.

My father loves beetroot curry, but we are very mindful of his diabetes. Our family doctor advised that eating whole beetroot in small portions is fine because of the fiber, but packaged powders like Super Beets should be avoided without medical supervision.
