Is stage three kidney disease bad?

My recent medical reports showed I have stage three kidney disease. My doctor explained a few things, but I'm still feeling a bit overwhelmed. I want to understand if this stage is really bad and what I should be careful about.

Oh dear, stage 3 sounds so scary and I would totally overthink it if it were me. But please don't panic! From what I know, it is a warning stage where you can actually prevent it from getting worse. Just stay close to your doctor and stay strong.

Stage 3 kidney disease means moderate damage, with GFR between 30 and 59. My father's nephrologist clearly said that at this stage, the main goal is to prevent progression by strictly controlling blood pressure and reducing protein-heavy diets. It is highly manageable with discipline.

Please don't worry too much. Stage 3 is a stage where many people live normal lives for decades with simple dietary adjustments. Sending you my best wishes.

Arey haan, bad toh nahi bolenge par care toh karni padegi na. Bas salt thoda kam karo aur hypertension control mein rakho. Tension lene se kuch nahi hoga, doctor se acche se consult kar lo.

Hey, don't stress too much about this, seriously! Stage 3 is basically an early warning sign from your body to start taking care. Just drink enough water as advised, cut down on junk food, and you'll be absolutely fine.

I won't give medical tips, but my elder brother was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease five years ago. He just modified his diet, kept his blood pressure normal, and his kidney function hasn't dropped since then.

At 53, my body has more warning lights than a car dashboard, and stage 3 kidney is just one of them. It's not a disaster, you just have to stop eating like a teenager and start listening to your nephrologist. Simple!

With chronic conditions like this or my thyroid, regular tracking is your best friend. You must get your creatinine and GFR tested every few months as advised by your doctor. Consistent follow-ups are the only way to keep things stable.

While you must follow the doctor's medicines strictly, eating fresh gourd (lauki) juice and reducing salt in your food can really help the body. But please make sure you don't skip your main medical checkups for any home remedy.

Haan na, stage 3 sunkar thoda tension toh aata hai mind mein. But actually with proper medicine and cutting down on oily food, it stays completely under control. Don't worry, sab theek hoga.
