Is stage 4 cancer curable?

A family friend has received a stage 4 cancer diagnosis. It sounds very advanced. I'm wondering if there's any chance at all for a complete cure, or if it's more about palliative care.

It's generally not considered completely curable, but my friend's dad has been managing it for years with modern medicine. It's more like a long-term treatment journey now.

My aunt has been fighting stage 4 for over four years now. While it might not be curable in the traditional sense, her doctors have kept it controlled and she still lives a good life.

It requires meticulous management rather than a simple cure. Stick to your treatment schedule and eat a healthy diet to keep your body strong.

While medical cure may be difficult, focusing on pranayama and a calm mind can significantly improve your quality of life during this phase.

I understand the extreme panic you must be feeling right now, I couldn't sleep for days during a similar health scare. But doctors have so many advanced options now, so don't lose hope.

Let's be direct, complete cure is rare for stage 4, but long-term survival is very common now. Focus on finding a top oncologist and getting targeted therapy.

I totally get it, hearing 'stage 4' is absolutely heartbreaking and scary. But please know that advanced treatments like immunotherapy can keep the disease stable for years.
