Is stage 3b kidney disease serious?

Someone in my family just found out they have stage 3b kidney disease. We're trying to figure out how serious this is and what it means for their health long-term. Is it considered a critical stage?

Yes, stage 3b represents moderate to severe kidney damage. You must consult a qualified nephrologist immediately to create a management plan and prevent further decline.

It is serious, but no need to panic. Limit your protein and salt, keep your blood pressure strictly under control, and do your lab tests regularly.

It requires proper care. Practicing mild pranayama like Anulom Vilom daily can help reduce bodily stress and support your overall well-being.

Beta, at this stage you must be very careful. Avoid heavy spices and market foods; simple bottle gourd (lauki) juice and home-cooked meals are best, but do what the doctor says.
